What does it take to create a showplace living space in Inver Grove Heights? How about fresh paint on the walls & ceiling, enamel on the trim & crown, and re-finished hardwood floors! View the full photo album for this project.

It's amazing how much cozier this living room feels after two coats of paint!

We will only take credit for the paint job in this Minnetonka kitchen, the homeowner gets the credit for the de-cluttering!

This kitchen was transformed from eye-popping bright yellow to a soothing blue/gray. It is especially important to use a durable paint in high abuse areas such as kitchens and baths. You can view more photos from this project here.
INTERIOR PAINTING:

This Inver Grove Heights church was in rough shape after many patching and touch up jobs. After thorough powerwashing, sanding, scraping, and patching, two coats of premium exterior finish were applied to provide many years of durability. Who is that handsome gentleman reflected in the "before" photo?
Another example of why you should never paint a deck. The owners of this Woodbury deck were tired of scraping and repainting every year. We painstakingly stripped all of the old red paint off and applied a beautiful natural oil finish. Future maintenance will be simple: just wash and recoat every couple of years. This deck required many days of tedious hand sanding to remove all of the finish from the spindles and posts, and cost $2,500; every project is different and costs can vary. This cedar deck had grayed from lack of maintenance. First, we painstakingly masked all of the metal spindles to protect them. We then restored the wood by washing, brightening, and applying a beautiful natural oil finish. Masking the spindles added some time to the project, which cost $1,100 to complete; every project is different and costs can vary.
Treated lumber starts out greenish gray and stays that way. This deck had weathered and started to look tired. We cleaned it up, replaced a few rotten boards, and applied a semi-solid oil stain to even out the color. This particular deck in Minnetonka cost $800 to restore; every project is different and costs can vary. You can view the complete photo album for this project here.

No, we did not tear down this Blaine deck and re-build it! The worn red finish was removed with a stripping chemical and powerwasher, followed by a light sanding and a semi-solid oil stain. Because most of the finish was removed by power washing, very little sanding was needed, so this particular deck cost $1,600; the cost would have been higher if more sanding had been required.

A laundry room mess! After much cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching, we applied waterproofing paint to the walls and a durable epoxy finish to the floor.
“Right off let me say Eric is a "great person" to work with. He treats your property as his own and makes sure there is no mess at the end of the day. I do not hesitate to recommend Eric to a homeowner as I know he will do a job to everyone's satisfaction. Plus, he is a real nice guy!” --Gary S., Inver Grove Heights MN
"I was very impressed with the prep work..." --Jody, Inver Grove Heights MN
