What will it cost?

Here are a few examples of kitchen projects and their estimated costs.

Initial Consultation for Kitchen Projects--$59.  We put as much care and effort into detailing and pricing the project as we do planning it and performing the work. An experienced renovator will meet with you at your home to review your project and discuss your vision.  An open and honest discussion involving your wish list, site conditions, and your available budget will help us develop a plan to bring your dream space to life.  These appointments typically take 1-3 hours.  We will take photographs and detailed measurements in order to develop a detailed scope of work and cost estimate for your project.

Kitchen Upgrades - $20,000-$30,000 and up.   If your kitchen plumbing and electrical are up to current building code, and you like the cabinet configuration and appliance locations, then we can remove and replace the cabinets, countertops, flooring, & appliances and replace them with all new products in the same locations.

Complete Kitchen Gut & Remodel - $30,000-$60,000 and up. If your kitchen has not been upgraded in a long time, then you will probably need to upgrade your electrical and plumbing, and install an exhaust vent system above the stove. We can re-locate the appliances and even move structural walls to create the best possible kitchen configuration for your home.
