Then we can create for you anything you can dream of, from a luxurious master suite, home theater, workout room, workshop, wet bar, family room, billiard room or additional bedrooms. If necessary, we can install basement access/egress windows per code. Costs typically range between $42-$85 per square foot, and can vary depending on the exact scope of work and the options that you choose.
The initial consultation for most basement projects is $59. We put as much care and effort into detailing and pricing the project as we do planning it and performing the work. An experienced renovator will meet with you at your home to review your project and discuss your vision. An open and honest discussion involving your wish list, site conditions, and your available budget will help us develop a plan to bring your dream space to life. These appointments typically take 1-3 hours. We will take photographs and detailed measurements in order to develop a detailed scope of work and cost estimate for your project.
